Upcycling a Maxi Dress Into A Two Piece, did it work out?

Heck yeah, it did. 

Let me tell you about this upcycle that my husband aka Big Bruh did for me.

Be aware, this is another big Bruh creation. The project begins with a maxi dress that I wanted to upcycle into a two-piece set.

I give my husband my idea of what I wanted to upcycle maxi skirt into a two piece.

First, I begin by trying the maxi skirt on and adjusted it just above my bust. 

Second, my husband had inspiration of how he would transform this maxi skirt.

Third, he begins working on the two pieces with all of the design ideas in his mind. He visualized how it should look, several try on later. 

Above is the finish product, I am extremely excited on how it turned out. My husband did his thing.

My husband is very creative. I can tell him what I want. If I cannot explain the details well, I show my husband a picture of it.
